Additional Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> McBILLIN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT PROPERTY <br /> 2154 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton , California <br /> 1 .0 . INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Minh Le Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br /> Additional Site Assessment Work Plan for the McBillin Real Estate Investment property, <br /> located at 2154 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton , California (site) .This work plan provides <br /> a description of the scope of work and procedures to be used for soil boring advancement, <br /> soil and groundwater sample collection and analysis , and contingent monitoring well <br /> installation . This work plan was prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB ) guidelines forthe investigation of underground storage <br /> tank (UST) sites . <br /> This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (SJCEHD) letter, dated 10 May 2013 (Appendix A) . The SJCEHD has <br /> required this investigation to assess the vertical extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impact <br /> to soil and groundwater in the former tank pit area of the site. The location of the site is <br /> presented on Figure 1 and a plan of the site with proposed soil boring locations is <br /> presented on Figure 2 . Historical soil and "grab" groundwater analytical data is included in <br /> Tables 1 and 2 . <br /> 2.0 . SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Based on analytical data collected during underground storage tank removals and boring <br /> advancements at the site , additional soil and groundwater investigation has been directed <br /> by the SJCEHD to investigate the vertical extent of hydrocarbon-impacted soil and <br /> groundwater. The following basic tasks included : <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities. <br /> • Advancement of one deep soil borings for collection of soil and grab groundwater <br /> samples. <br /> • Contingent monitoring well installation based on findings during soil sample <br /> collection during advancement of the deep soil boring . <br /> • Contingent well development and elevation survey. <br /> • Report preparation . <br /> Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. <br /> Advanced CcoEnvironmental, Inc. <br />
