Install 4 exploratory soil borings using cone penetration technology (CPT) to <br /> approximately 75 feet below surface grade (bsg). <br /> 2. Collect grab groundwater samples for laboratory analyses at approximately 30 to <br /> I 50 feet bsg corresponding to the well screen intervals of the existing monitoring <br /> wells on site for lateral definition of groundwater plume, and a deep sample from <br /> approximately 75 feet bsg to assess vertical definition of the plume. <br /> 3. Chemical analyses include BTEX,TPH-gas, and 5 oxygenates and 2 lead <br /> scavengers using Method 8260. Solvents such as PCE and TCE will also be <br /> j analyzed in samples from CPT-1, CPT-2, and CPT-3. <br /> 4. Review case file for 2315 El Dorado, Stockton. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 11 1. EH-D'did not witness the removal of a 550-gallon waste oil tank which was <br /> reported to have taken place in 1984,but documentation indicated the tank was <br /> registered with EHD in 1985. EHD is not aware of any known waste oil tank <br /> still existing at the above-referenced site. EHD agrees that PCE and TCE <br /> should be included for chemical analyses. <br /> 2.
