COCKROACH WAS CRAWLING UP SONS LEG <br /> WHILE DINING.WAS SITTING AT TABLE TO THE RIGHT OF FRONT DOOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #44 Premises: Clean/Litter Free;Vermin-Proof <br /> OBSERVATIONS: I observe gap at the bottom edge of the front and back door. It was an Oriental cockroache coming from outside the facility that had a lot of <br /> bushes and homeless people were living there. She did contact the landlord that dealt with the problem as pest control and <br /> cutting the bushes as part of the corrective measures taken.As per manager,they are doing pest control for the inside of the <br /> facility every 3 or 6 months.
