Now, %moo
groundwater elevation measurements.
8)Nuel indicated that preparing a
Corrective Action Plan is the preferred
approach for implementing a remedial
action at the Site. This CAP should be
prepared after the 3 new wells are
installed and more information is
obtained about the extent of the product
plume and the product cleanup needs.
The SJCEHD indicated that remediation
will be required based on the product
found in MW2 and based on concurrence
in the recent S WRCB case review. DES
asked if a fixed-base Dual-Phase
Extraction(DPE) System similar to the
System in operation at the adjacent
Pacific Pride Site would be
an appropriate approach. The SJCEHD
indicated that use of such an approach
could be further developed in the CAP.
9) DES asked about the permitting
process for repairing damaged wellheads.
The SJCEHD indicated that a permit
application needs to be processed for
wellhead repairs and an inspection will
be required. Johnny Yokum manages the
permits at SJCEHD. Vicki will provide
contact information for Johnny Yokum
and the associated permit forms for well
installation and for well repair.
Thanks again for your help in moving
this Case forward. If you have any
questions or concerns, please feel free to
contact Andy or me at 760-639-3600.
Respectfully,
Greg Delson, PG
DONAN ENVIRONMENTAL
SERVICES, INC.
ph: 760-639-3600
fax: 760-639-3603
email: gdgDESx z
Begin forwarded message:
From: AD
<a_d(a)_desxyz.com>
11/10/2014
