Date: September 7,
2014 5:49:36 PM PDT
To: Greg
<qd(a-)-DESxyz.com>
Subject: Caltank Mtg
Agenda
Greg,
Proposed Agenda is to
summarize the key points of
Q 1-2014 Report with the
San Joaquin County EHD
(Vicki and Nuel) such for
feedback and concurrence on
the investigation concept and
moving forward to a cleanup
strategy.
1) The Q 1-2014 Report
updated the Site's
groundwater enigma(Fig 3)
by using the combined
groundwater data(Fig 4)
with the adjacent site
for a combined flow over a
wider area with more wells
(Fig 5).
2) The updated Groundwater
plan then enabled a reference
basis with the Adjacent Site
to narrow the previously
historical wide variation in
the Site's groundwater to a
more typical seasonal
hydraulic cycle and
consistent with the Adjacent
Site's groundwater flow. (Fig
5 to Fig 11). The most recent
groundwater plan (Fig 5- Q1-
2014) shows an added
dynamic due to the Adjacent
Site's dewatering.
3) Co-GW monitoring was
recommended and accepted
for the more accurate mutual
benefit of both Site parties
and our common Agency
11/10/2014
