Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> and upload the required documents. <br /> 2)An approved copy of the financial documents were not available for inspection. A copy of these documents shall <br /> be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 2711 UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. <br /> UST Facility Operating Permit is not current in CERS. <br /> -The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration(CDTFA, previously BOE) number listed on CERS <br /> (44038631)is closed. <br /> Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. This information was updated <br /> on CERS while the inspector was onsite. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br /> The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD.The UDC leak sensor manufacturer and the <br /> model number was left blank on the monitoring plans for all tanks.The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and <br /> submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 106 CCR 2632(d)(2), 2634(e) Failed to have an approved UST response plan. <br /> The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The response plan must be uploaded to the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and <br /> submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any time. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 124 CCR 2637.2(d&e), 2665(a&b)"Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection Report Form"not submitted within 30 days <br /> of inspection. <br /> Overfill Prevention Equipment testing was performed on 10/16/2018 and a test report was submitted on 04/04/2019, <br /> 5 months late. A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
