Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site: -Overfill Prevention Equipment Test results(10/16/2018) These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 205 CCR 2712(i), 2634(e)Failure to submit a current UST Response Plan and have it available onsite. An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. -Section VI of the 4/19/2019 inspection report was missing the date, name and signature of the owner/operator. During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation. 319 CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be tested. The diesel direct-bury spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons but was able to pass the one hour hydrostatic test. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. This is a minor violation.
