On behalf of the Bank of Stockton, I would like to <br /> inform you of the status of the project and address the issues raised in your letter. <br /> Project Status Status Report <br /> Since the last payment request was processed by the fund in August 1994, a number of <br /> changes have occurred, both at the site and the in regulatory environment. The <br /> following pointssummar-ize�so-me.of the:key events. <br /> June 1991 Three former USTs were removed and over excavated. <br /> 6/92-6/93 A total of 5 groundwater monitoring wells were installed, and monitoring <br /> commenced. There has been a small and decreasing level of benzene in <br /> the groundwater samples. <br /> Sept 1995 Bank of Stockton was issued a directive by the LOP to submit a Work Plan <br /> for a remedial action feasibility study. On September 28, 1995 a Work <br /> Plan was submitted to the LOP and a revised copy was submitted on <br /> October 31, 1995. <br />
