WESTERN LIFT SITE CODE. 1087 <br /> -3a30 S._==GORADO <br /> STOCKTON CA 95201 <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHSIEHD) is the lead agency <br /> providing the oversight of the investigation and cleanup of releases fmm underground.storage tanks within <br /> San Joaquin County. PHSIEHD has a contract with California State Water Resounds Control Board to <br /> conduct an underground storage tank corrective action program. The above referenced site was placed <br /> in the PHSIEHD Local Oversight Program (LOP) in August 1991. <br /> PHSIEHD has completed review of the reports containing site assessment information that indicates <br /> groundwater contamination exists due to a release from the underground storage tank (UST). The USTs <br /> were removed from this site in June 1991 and contaminated soil excavated and disposed of thereafter. <br /> Even though groundwater contaminant concentrations have decreased since tank closure, they remain <br /> above acceptable levels for site certification. <br /> PHSIEHD recommends you conduct a feasibility study in accordance with Article 11, Title 23. Division 3, <br /> Chapterl6, CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS.
