All other utilities are provided on-site by the owner. Sanitary
capabilities are via subsurface septic system. Water is supplied by a 500 gallon per
well. The wells boring log was not available from the seller or San 3 mute
- Health District at the time of investigation. Currently no city or county sewer system
available at this facility. A public water supply is available to this site at considerable
expense for connection.
-- Observations made by the assessor during the general inspection in early January 1990
indicated that the entire facility was in need of a major maintenance effort to bring the null
and the grounds into proper repair. The general housekeeping of the facility is fair to
poor. Major cleaning and repairs are recommended prior to beginning Operations at this
site.
m An example of such rgYdrs and servicing is the electrical sub-station located to the east
-- side of the facility nmt to the grain towers. This sub-station currently has a potcndal for
shorting across the legs of the transformer. The spill containment is almost non-existent
w_ and would not provide any protection in the event of a mmsformer spill. The potential for
fire is very high. These are the important types of repair and maintenance required.
AM END=
This segment of the report will address the facts and findings of each area under
investigation.
Domestic Water tit System (Grab Sample)
--_T This-facilityis equiPeed-withdep water supply - - —- -
capable of producing water at
— a leveled rate of approximately g on minute at 103 PSI.
