Tracy Material Recovery&Transfer Station SPCC Plan <br /> • Description of the Facility,including maps,flow diagrams,and topographical maps; <br /> • A complete copy of the SPCC Plan with any amendments; <br /> • The cause(s) of such spill, including a failure analysis of system or subsystem in which <br /> the failure occurred; <br /> • The corrective actions and/or countermeasures taken,including an adequate description <br /> of equipment repairs and/or replacements; <br /> • Additional preventive measures taken or contemplated to minimize the possibility of <br /> recurrence;and, <br /> • Such other reasonable information the USEPA RA may require, pertinent to the Plan or <br /> spill event. <br /> Following review of the written spill report(as described above),the USEPA RA may notify the <br /> Facility that an amendment to the SPCC Plan may be required. A written response to such <br /> notification will be made by the Facility within 30 days of receipt of such notice. After <br /> considering all relevant material from the Facility concerning the spill,the USEPA RA will notify <br /> the Facility of any amendment required to the SPCC Plan or will rescind the notice. Any <br /> amendment required by the USEPA RA will become part of the Plan 30 days after such notice, <br /> unless the USEPA RA specifies another effective date.
