Tracy Material Recovery&Transfer Station SPCC Plan <br /> This SPCC Plan must be amended whenever there is a change in facility design, construction, <br /> operation or maintenance, and must be reviewed at a minimum of every five years (40 CFR <br /> §112.5). As a result of this review and evaluation, TMR will amend the SPCC Plan within six <br /> months of the review to include more effective pollution control technology in the event that: <br /> • Such technology will significantly reduce the likelihood of a spill event from the Facility;and, <br /> • Such technology has been field proven at the time of review. <br /> Management reviews of this SPCC Plan must be documented using the form provided in <br /> Appendix 3. <br /> Any technical amendment to the SPCC Plan shall be certified by a Professional Engineer within <br /> six months after a change in the Facility design,construction,operation,or maintenance occurs <br /> which materially affects this Facility's potential for the discharge of oil into or upon the navigable <br /> waters of the United States or the adjoining shorelines. A Professional Engineer certification is <br /> not required for non-technical amendments such as changes to phone numbers,names,etc. <br /> NOTE:This SPCC Plan will be reviewed and re-certified no later than October, <br /> 2024 or within six months in the event of a change in facility design, <br /> construction, operation, or maintenance. Such changes require <br /> recertification by a registered P.E. <br /> October 2019 1-2 <br />
