All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons <br />and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately contact a properly <br />licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace these spill containers under permit and inspection of <br />the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended by <br />the EHD. The amended report replaces the initial report.
