MAIN ST. in Manteca
Hi Kasey,
As a follow up to our discussion, 7 -Eleven would like to request approval to suspend soil sampling at this location
following the recent flex -pipe replacement. Due to the sampling requirements, and the amount of concrete needing to
be removed, we would like to move forward with a project to replace the flexible piping with fiberglass hard pipe. Soil
sampling would performed as part of the as part of this new project. If San Joaquin County will allow us to move
forward with this project as described, 7 -Eleven will proceed with permitting and have the necessary paperwork
submitted to your office within the next 30 days. 7 -Eleven will also commit to beginning the new piping work within 30
days following the issuance of the necessary permit(s). Please let me know your thoughts and if this new path forward is
approved.
Thanks,
Stephen K. Boyd
Regional Manager, Gasoline Compliance
Email Address: Stephen.
