Split repair sump penetration fittings, reducers, three stepped <br />flanged reducers and inserts. <br />GENERAL: <br />The penetration fittings allow for the penetration of piping for <br />flammable liquids and electrical conduit through the wall of the dispenser <br />sumps or pans, transition sumps and tank sumps. <br />The reducers and flanged reducers are used to step down from secondary <br />to primary pie sizes. May be provided with air test valve to test the <br />interstitial space between the secondary and primary. <br />The inserts are used to reduce another entry or reducer fitting down to <br />a specific pipe size. <br />The split repair boots are used inside the sump to encapsulate or <br />replace leaking penetration fittings. Split repair inserts are used in the <br />boots in order to bring the boot to specific pipe dimensions. <br />The split repair reducers are used to replace leaking fittings without <br />breaking the main lines. Also used to replace failed or deteriorating <br />secondary test boots. May be provided with air test valve to test the <br />interstitial space between the secondary and primary. <br />INSTALLATION: <br />The penetration fittings are intended for underground installation in <br />accordance with Blueline Technologies LLC's installation instructions (ILL. <br />1). <br />Split repair fittings are intended for underground installation in <br />accordance with Blueline Technologies LLC's installation instructions, see <br />ILLS. lA (replacement repairs), 1B (encapsulation method) and 1C (Blue Seal <br />Glue) . <br />MARKING: <br />The following markings shall be legibly and permanently applied to the <br />penetration fittings. <br />A. The Manufacturer's name. <br />B. The statement: "Follow Installation Instructions" or equivalent. <br />C. The Listing Mark described below. <br />
