Split repair sump penetration fittings, reducers, three stepped flanged reducers and inserts. GENERAL: The penetration fittings allow for the penetration of piping for flammable liquids and electrical conduit through the wall of the dispenser sumps or pans, transition sumps and tank sumps. The reducers and flanged reducers are used to step down from secondary to primary pie sizes. May be provided with air test valve to test the interstitial space between the secondary and primary. The inserts are used to reduce another entry or reducer fitting down to a specific pipe size. The split repair boots are used inside the sump to encapsulate or replace leaking penetration fittings. Split repair inserts are used in the boots in order to bring the boot to specific pipe dimensions. The split repair reducers are used to replace leaking fittings without breaking the main lines. Also used to replace failed or deteriorating secondary test boots. May be provided with air test valve to test the interstitial space between the secondary and primary. INSTALLATION: The penetration fittings are intended for underground installation in accordance with Blueline Technologies LLC's installation instructions (ILL. 1). Split repair fittings are intended for underground installation in accordance with Blueline Technologies LLC's installation instructions, see ILLS. lA (replacement repairs), 1B (encapsulation method) and 1C (Blue Seal Glue) . MARKING: The following markings shall be legibly and permanently applied to the penetration fittings. A. The Manufacturer's name. B. The statement: "Follow Installation Instructions" or equivalent. C. The Listing Mark described below.
