File MH28727 Vol. 1 Sec. 1 ILL -1 Issued: 2004-01-05 <br />And Report Revised: 2006-10-04 <br />STEP 1 <br />Drill a hole In the sump wail large enough for the pipe <br />to pass through. <br />STEP 2 <br />Using one of the poly rings as a guide, mark and drill <br />the bolt hole pattern in the sump with a V." drill bit. <br />STEP 3 <br />Apply a liberal bead of sealant to the bottom of both <br />the interior and exterior gasket. This ensures a seal <br />around all the bolt holes. <br />STEP <br />Align both interior and exterior poly rings with the <br />gaskets and install bolts and nuts. <br />STEP 5 <br />Working In a star pattern, tighten all nuts to 45 Inch <br />lbs or until snug. <br />STEP 6 <br />Install Interior and exterior boots onto interior and <br />exterior gasket rings. Tighten the large dimension <br />clamp to 45 Inch lbs to secere the boot to the gasket <br />ring. <br />STEP 7 <br />Install pipe to the desired position and tighten both <br />clamps to 65 Inch lbs or until tight. <br />C060438297 <br />
