Some areas have rust. There are large gaps between <br /> plates. Replace floor and seal to prevent food accumulation. Floor shall be smooth, cleanable, and non absorbent. Correct <br /> before final. <br /> Floor in electrical room (were large cylinders with oil are located) are damaged-small section at entrance. Wall behind oil <br /> cylinders is absorbent. Provide new floor section and new fiberglass panel so that floor and wall are smooth, cleanable, and <br /> non absorbent. Correct before Final inspection. <br /> Dry storage room's ceiling has a couple of small holes. Cover/seal before final. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
