Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Mr. Loehrer: <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department("SJCEHD") inspected the Ford Motor Company <br /> Sacramento HVC/HCC facility located at 1260 Phoenix Dr., Manteca, California (the "Site") on August 6, <br /> 2019.The Inspection Report noted the following four(4) concerns: <br /> 1. Item 5: HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for <br /> all reportable materials on site. <br /> 2. Item 6: HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required <br /> content. <br /> 3. Item 9: HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is <br /> complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> 4. Item 15: HSC 25510(a) Failed to report actual or threatened release to the EHD and/or <br /> CalOES Warning Center. <br /> The Inspection Report stated that Ford Sacramento HVC/HCC must complete and submit a copy of the <br /> Return to Compliance Certification, along with a statement documenting the corrective actions and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by September 5, 2019. <br /> The Return to Compliance Certification is provided as Attachment A. A statement of the corrective <br /> actions completed in response to each of the four items noted in the Inspection Report is provided <br /> below. Documentation supporting the corrective actions is also attached, as noted below. <br /> 1. Item 5: HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for <br /> all reportable materials on site. <br /> During the Site inspection, the inspector identified a 250 gallon storage tank of diesel that had <br /> not been reported in the hazardous material inventory for the Site.The inspector noted in the <br />
