Inspection Report that this minor violation was corrected on-site at the time of the inspection. <br /> Ford Sacramento HVC/HCC will take steps to review and include all materials that meet or <br /> exceed a reportable quantity on future hazardous material inventories. <br /> 2. Item 6: HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required <br /> content. <br /> During the Site inspection,the inspector noted that the site map was missing a key that defines <br /> symbols and acronyms. The inspector noted in the Inspection report that this minor violation <br /> was corrected on-site at the time of the inspection. Ford Sacramento HVC/HCC will ensure that <br /> future submittals contain all elements required per HSC 25505(a)(2). <br /> 3. Item 9: HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is <br /> complete,accurate, and up to date. <br /> During the Site inspection,the inspector stated that the business plan for 2019 was submitted <br /> late on February 4, 2019.The inspector noted in the Inspection Report that this violation was <br /> corrected on-site at the time of the inspection. Ford Sacramento HVC/HCC has made updates to <br /> their Environmental Operating System to ensure that the business plan will be submitted by <br /> January 15th of each year, as requested by San Joaquin County during the inspection. <br /> 4. Item 15: HSC 25510(a)Failed to report actual or threatened release to the EHD and/or CaIOES <br /> Warning Center <br /> The inspector noted in the Inspection Report that he observed what appeared to be a release of <br /> diesel fuel from the fire pump diesel tank that occurred on August 6, 2019 (the date of the <br /> inspection). The release was further described in the Inspection Report as droplets on the <br /> bottom of the fire pump diesel tank that were hitting the bottom of the secondary containment <br /> and the outside wall of the secondary containment. Additionally, the inspector noted that a pig <br /> pad created a sticky mess next to the secondary containment.The inspector requested <br /> documentation of the cleanup and documentation showing that the tank has been fixed. <br /> Additionally, the inspector noted that any future releases or threatened releases should be <br /> verbally reported immediately to the SJCEHD and CalOES. <br /> Ford Sacramento HVC/HCC leases the Site and the fire pump diesel tank is owned by and the <br /> responsibility of the landlord. Ford Sacramento HVC/HCC contacted the property manager for <br /> the landlord and notified him/her regarding the findings of the recent SJCEHD inspection.The <br /> property manager contracted Fire Protection Management("FPM")to correct the issues. FPM <br /> provided a report documenting the actions taken to address the issues noted during the <br /> inspection, including fixing the issues that led to the diesel droplets on the tank, and cleaning <br /> the residue.The detailed report is provided as Attachment B. Photo evidence of the cleaned <br /> area is provided as Attachment C. In addition, Ford Sacramento HVC/HCC has reviewed its <br /> Environmental Operating System and will take additional steps to work with the landlord and <br /> Ford Customer Service Division to ensure that regular inspections of the fire pump diesel tank <br /> are conducted and that any releases or threatened releases are reported to SJCEHD and CalOES <br /> immediately upon discovery. <br />
