UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM I. WRITTEN MONITORING PROCEDURES 1. Site Name: 7-Eleven Facility No. 19976 2. Site Address: 1399 N. Main Street, Manteca, CA 95336 3. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring method. Tanks are double walled jacketed with interstitial probes and will be continuously monitored. Product lines are double walled Enviroflex and constantly monitored with mechanical Leak Detection. 4. What method and equipment will be used for performing the monitoring? The piping system is tested annually with line tightness tests and are constantly monitored with Vaporless LD 2000's which are equipped with Flow Restrictors. The tanks are monitored with Interstitial Probes from the TIDEL EMS3500 tank gauge. There are also probes in the Submersible pump sump. 5. Describe the location(s)where the monitoring will be performed. The Vaporless LD 2000's are located in the turbine pit. The ATG probes are located in the tanks. 6. List the name(s)of the person(s) responsible for performing the monitoring and/or maintaining the equipment. The individual(s)responsible for monitoring the equipment is/are the store operator(s). The store operator(s)for this store are Manjit& Gurpal Grewal. The Southland Corporation is responsible for maintaining the equipment. 7. Reporting format: Simmons will send the monthly reports to Southland for review and placement at the store. 8. State the preventive maintenance schedule for the monitoring_equipment. Note: The maintenance schedule shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Equipment repairs and replacement will be performed as needed. Additionally, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,the monitoring equipment will be tested annually to certify that it is functioning properly. 9. Describe the training needed for the operation of both the tank system and the monitoring equipment. Training is provided for new employees. Training refreshers are offered as needed. The operations manual for the equipment was provided to the store operator when the equipment was installed. Training also includes emergency procedures and spill clean-up.
