Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> Pacific Pride <br /> 3230 North West Lane, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms Oz <br /> At the request of Mr David Atwater of Van De Pol Enterprises,Advanced GcoEnvironmental Inc <br /> i (AGE) has performed a sensitive receptor survey as part of initial site characterization requirements <br /> under the California Code of Regulations -Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site <br /> located at 3230 North West Lane, Stockton, California The scope of work for the sensitive receptor <br /> survey was to locate potential vertical conduits including municipal, domestic, imgation or ground <br /> water monitoring wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the site Furthermore, a search was performed <br /> to locate any septic systems that could potentially serve as a pathway to surface ground water The <br /> location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures <br /> are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> Drinking water near the site is currently supplied by the City of Stockton municipal well system The <br /> municipal wells in the site area are maintained by California Water Service Company(Cal-Water) <br /> Based on a map titled Water System of Stockton, published in 1996 by Cal-Water, the following <br /> municipal water wells maintained by Cal-Water are located within 2,000 feet of the site <br /> • Station No 77 was located approximately 300 feet south of the site on the east side of West <br /> Lane <br /> • A future municipal water well site was identified on the map approximately 1,000-feet <br /> southeast of the site on the west side of El Pinal Drive <br /> The map did not indicate any other municipal wells maintained by the City of Stockton or Cal Water <br />. located within 2,000 feet of the site <br /> 4005 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California 95205 <br /> Telephone (209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
