27 November 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 97-0300 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> On 15 August 2000, a representative of AGE conducted a search at the California Department of <br /> Water Resources of well drillers reports for water wells located in the surrounding area Drillers <br /> reports for water wells located within a mile-radius were found for the following <br /> • One irrigation water well was located at 3731 West Lane, and <br /> • Approximately 12 ground water monitoring wells located at 1624 Alpine Avenue <br /> Copies of the well driller's reports are included as Appendix A, a summary of water wells located <br /> from the review of well drillers reports are included in Table i and depicted on Figure 3 <br /> On 16 November 2000,Mr Scott Bailey of Cal-Water was contacted by telephone at 209-464-8311 <br /> According to Mr Bailey, drinking water near the site is currently supplied and maintained by the <br /> Cal-Water During the telephone conversation, Mr Baily identified the following municipal water <br /> wells near the site <br /> • Station 77 is located approximately 250 feet South of the site near the intersection of West <br /> Lane and Alpine, Station 77 is currently operational <br />. • Station 21 is located approximately 2,500 ft east of the site near the intersection of <br /> Sanguinetti Lane and Alpine Avenue, Station 21 is operational <br /> • Station 3 is located approximately 1,900 ft southeast of the site on the west side of El Pina] <br /> Drive, Station 3 is non-operational <br /> No other municipal wells are located near the site These wells are summanzed in Table 1 <br /> I <br /> On 16 November 2000, a representative of AGE performed a reconnaissance of visually observable <br /> potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the above referenced site During <br /> the reconnaissance, the following sensitive receptors were located near the site <br /> • Municipal well Station 77, mentioned above <br /> • Municipal well No 3, mentioned above <br /> • One domestic well located at 1977 Alpine Avenue <br /> • One domestic well located at 1915 Alpine Avenue <br /> I <br /> • Ten of the monitoring wells located at 1624 Alpine Avenue <br /> • One domestic well (inactive) located at 1624 Alpine Avenue <br /> • One inactive air sparge system with a monitoring well at 1624 Alpine Avenue <br /> s� <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
