Liquid was found in the 91 product fill sump. Secondary containment shall be constructed to <br /> prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. The repair <br /> technician removed the liquid from the sump. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and <br /> certified contractor to address the liquid intrusion into the 91 product fill sump under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD. <br /> 406. The S4, vent lines, vacuum sensor was in alarm during the inspection. The repair technician <br /> stated that the sensor is not working correctly and needs replacement. The interstitial space of the UST <br /> system shall be maintained, as designed, under constant vacuum such that a breach in the primary or <br /> secondary containment is detected before the hazardous substance is released into the environment. <br /> Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair/replace the <br /> failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within <br /> one business day from the EHD. The current open repair permit can be amended for this repair. If the <br /> failed component can't be repaired immediately, there is a possibility that the UST system may be red <br /> tagged by the EHD to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> Garrett Backus (209) 468-2986 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
