Surfaces must be dry before applying bonder. <br />STEP 1: Remove Old Boot <br />• Remove clamps <br />• Cut away old boot <br />Clean & sand fitting <br />If everything fits continue <br />with the install. If there is <br />problem with the fit & <br />function of these parts, either <br />adjust to make fit if possible, <br />or call the factory (530-534- <br />3966) for additional help <br />STEP 4: Bond Sleeve & Insert <br />• Apply Zip Tite to split cuff insert. Use 1 of <br />the clamps to hold in place while curing. <br />• Apply Zip Tite to the split sleeve and use 2 <br />clamps to hold in place while curing. <br />• Leave these clamps in place for approx 30 <br />minutes for curing before proceeding to <br />the next step <br />STEP 2: Clean all Repair Components <br />• Clean all repair components with DBC <br />prior to installation <br />Split Cleaner Split <br />CuffEllSleeve <br />Insert <br />Eccentric Insert <br />STEPS: Install The Sleeve <br />• Apply DBB V to outside of cuff. <br />• Position the sleeve with the fill port at the top <br />• Once you have the sleeve lined up correctly, <br />slide onto cuff <br />Set the Clamp the around the sleeve & over the <br />cuff and tighten "snugly". <br />STEP 3: 'lace & Dry Fit Insert & Sleeve <br />• Place :he split cuff insert over the pipe and test fit to <br />ins d of the existing fitting cuff. <br />• PlacE he split sleeve over the pipe & up to the cuff with <br />the fport up <br />STEL 6 Install & Bond Eccentric Insert Back Together <br />• Vti r< k Eccentric Insert around the pipe <br />• A. )K r Zip Tite to split area on Eccentric Insert, press <br />end together & clamp <br />
