The permit has been approved with the following <br />conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and <br />local city building department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a <br />48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections for <br />emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. Witness soil sampling from under each removed UDC and piping. Since primary piping is <br />removed outside of UDC, additional soil sampling below removed piping will be required <br />based on field observations and as outlined in the sampling protocol. Analytical results to <br />be provided to Environmental Health Department. The San Joaquin County Sampling <br />Protocol For Routine Piping/Dispenser Removal /Replacement shall be followed. <br />b. Primary piping soap test on all installed piping and penetrations: One-hour pneumatic <br />pressure test at 110% of operating pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />c. Secondary piping slope (at 1/8 inch per foot or greater) of installed piping to a containment <br />sump with an audible/visual alarm. Verification of appropriate backfill, piping setbacks, and <br />crossovers. <br />d. Secondary piping soap test on all installed piping and penetrations: One-hour pressure test <br />at the manufacturer's recommended specification. <br />1868 E.
