Sample results of excavated soil piles generated from site ren'odelmg/upgrade and <br /> gasoline dispensing system removal for Former Regal Station, located at 6425 Pacific <br /> Avenue, Stockton, California 95207 <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Lincoln Village Properties has taken ownership of the three existing upgraded <br /> underground storage tanks (USTs). Lincoln Village Properties has leased the site to <br /> Prestige Oil who will operate the site as a gasoline service station. Prestige Oil has <br /> contracted W A. Craig Inc. to remodel and upgrade the property. W.A. Craig Inc. has <br /> generated approximately 600 cubic yards of soil during the site upgrade/remodeling. <br /> Wickland Properties is responsible for the disposition of contaminated soils Soil piles <br /> SP-1, SP-2, SP-3, SP-4 and SP-12. <br /> Prestige OiVW.A. Craig Inc, is responsible for the disposition of non contaminated soils <br /> generated during site upgrade/remodeling. Soil piles SP-5, SP-6, SP-7, SP-8, SP-9, SP- <br /> 10, SP-11, SP-13, SP-14, SP-15, SP-16 and SP-17 <br /> A Western Geo-Engineers geologist working directly under California Registered <br /> Geologist #3037 obtain the required documentation soil samples from the soil piles (SP1 <br /> through SP 12) under the supervision of Mr. Infurrna, see Figure I — Site map and Sample <br /> Location Figure. Three soil piles were sampled, two large piles that were not covered <br /> and a small pile that was covered with black plastic. To conform to earlier excavated soil <br /> sampling the samples were labeled in continuum (SP4, SP5, SP6 through SP12), see <br /> Table of results. SP4, SP5 and SP6 were composited into one sample by the testing <br /> laboratory and represent the eastern most pile. SPS, SP9, SPIO and SP11 were <br /> composxted into one sample by the testing laboratory and represent the southern soil pile. <br /> 1 <br />
