(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br />Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) to document the recent underground storage <br />tank (UST) removal and subsequent over -excavation activities at the referenced site. Cambria <br />performed soil sampling following the removal of two gasoline USTs, four fuel dispensers, and <br />associated product piping. Upon reviewing the initial analytical data, Cambria returned to the site <br />and conducted over -excavation in the former piping and dispenser areas. Cambria performed the <br />work in accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) and <br />Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) guidelines. <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The subject site is an inactive Shell -branded service station located on the north side of Waterloo <br />Road near Piccoli Road in a mixed industrial/agricultural area of Stockton, California (Figure 1). <br />Shell ceased operations at the site during March 2005 and sold the property and station to the <br />current owner during May 2005.
