Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I was able to speak with the manager on duty in regards to the complaint made.The manager stated he knew of <br /> the complaint due to the complainant discussing the issue with them a week prior.The manager also stated that they <br /> informed the complainant that all measures are taken to prevent any pest or rodents from entering the kitchen or food <br /> preparation area. I was able to review the pest control logs,facility is serviced by Clark Pest Control,which stated that the <br /> facility has been serviced on 12/17/2019 and 12/23/2019.The logs also stated no pest or rodents were observed while the <br /> service was conducted, as well as none being observed while conducting my inspection on site.The cups used for the coffee <br /> are manually rinsed before being placed inside of a the dishwasher. From here they are placed upside down on a holding rack <br /> until they are flipped up and used for a beverage consumption.
