Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint and to discuss if any other complaints of this <br /> manner have arose.The manager stated that one day during the previous week when the rain was heavy, ants did make their <br /> way into the facility and it was noticed at a table near a front window.When the issue came to the manager's attention,they <br /> stated that a pest control company they are in contact with came and provided pest control services. This was the only <br /> incident to the manager's knowledge and in regards to the roach infestation stated in the complaint,the manager stated <br /> having a homelessness issue and when the homeless come into the facility,they are carrying larges bags or their items in <br /> their hands. The manager is not sure if they are bringing in pest with them but has not witnessed any roach infestation while <br /> on their duty.
