(Attachment #2) <br /> 11-1-88 Tank lining application reviewed and accepted <br /> by San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> 11-17-88 Received report from tank lining contractor <br /> (Sessions Tank Lining Company) that tanks <br /> were not repairable due to extensive <br /> corrosion. (Attachment #3) <br /> 12-20-88 Tanks removed. Obvious contamination <br /> observed during removal activities. <br /> Observation performed by SJLHD field <br /> personnel . <br /> 4-24-89 Received soil and ground water samples for <br /> tank removal . <br /> 5-18-89 Ray Kablanow II , owner's geologist, inquired <br /> about procedure for installing new tanks. <br /> 8-3-89 City of Tracy contacted Environmental Health <br /> concerned that site is becoming a nuisance as <br /> holes from tanks are open. We explained that <br /> our recommendation to the property owner was <br /> to secure the facility to prevent hazards. <br /> We have no objection to backfilling <br /> excavation. <br /> 8-4-89 Received written commitment from Mr. Stewart <br /> that clean-up would continue to take place <br /> following new tank installation. Also <br /> received soil remediation work plan. <br /> (Attachment #4) <br /> 8-10-89 Entered site into the UGST Pilot Program. <br /> 8-13-89 New tank installation plans received from <br /> Semco Construction. <br /> 9-13-89 Plans released to contractor for <br /> installation. <br /> 9-19-89 Reviewed soil remediation plan and problem <br /> assessment report. Awaiting comments from <br /> Regional Board. <br /> 9-20-89 Spoke to Ben Curran regarding continued site <br />
