" <br /> CHRONOLOGY <br /> DISCOVERY CHEVROLET i <br /> 1615 WEST ELEVENTH STREET <br /> TRACY, CA 95376 <br /> 04/02/93 A 1,000 gallon regular Underground Storage Tank (UST) # 39-2595-01, a <br /> 1,000 gallon regular UST # 39-2595-02, and a 550 gallon waste oil UST # <br /> 39-2595-03 were removed on site. 8 soil samples were collected from the " <br /> two UST excavations, dispenser, and stockpile for laboratory analyses. <br /> Odor and soil discoloration were noted. 1 <br /> 04/28/93 San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) received laboratory report of the soil sample <br /> analyses. Analytical results indicated Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon as <br /> gasoline (TPH-g) and diesel (TPH-d), and aromatic hydrocarbons as <br /> Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl-Benzene, and Xylenes (BTEX) contamination <br /> in the soil. <br /> 04/28/93 Filed Prop. 65 #93-056 and Unauthorized Release Report (UAR) 93- <br /> U21. <br /> 03/02/94 Site entered into Local Oversight Program (LOP). Created LOP I <br /> Master File Record (MFR). <br /> 03/15/94 Mailed "Notice of Reimbursement" to Responsible Party (RP). <br /> Additional investigation of contamination on site is required before <br /> closure can be considered. <br /> 07/22/94 Reviewed work plan dated August 12, 1994 prepared by GeoStrategies, <br /> i <br /> Inc. <br /> 09/10/94 Installed 3 monitoring wells (MW-1, 2, and 3) to 20 feet below surface <br /> grade (bsg). No odor was noted but photo-ionization detector (PID) <br /> detected presence of hydrocarbons during the construction of MW-1, <br /> MW-2; and MW-3. Soil samples collected for lab analyses. <br /> 09/16/94 Sampled monitoring wells. Odor was present in MW-1 and MW-2. <br /> k <br />
