Created LOP I <br /> Master File Record (MFR). <br /> 03/15/94 Mailed "Notice of Reimbursement" to Responsible Party (RP). <br /> Additional investigation of contamination on site is required before <br /> closure can be considered. <br /> 07/22/94 Reviewed work plan dated August 12, 1994 prepared by GeoStrategies, <br /> i <br /> Inc. <br /> 09/10/94 Installed 3 monitoring wells (MW-1, 2, and 3) to 20 feet below surface <br /> grade (bsg). No odor was noted but photo-ionization detector (PID) <br /> detected presence of hydrocarbons during the construction of MW-1, <br /> MW-2; and MW-3.
