(Horizon) was postponed. (This proposed <br /> work was never implemented.) <br /> 01/22/96 Received letter dated January 16, 1996 from Horizon requesting <br /> postponement of the above-mentioned proposed work for the duration <br /> of the winter months. Soil and groundwater samples were collected for <br /> laboratory analyses. <br /> 09/02/97 Mailed comment letter recommending additional investigation.
