c. Unlicensed security personnel shall be used to augment the State licensed security detail. They shall be required to wear a uniform that is professional in appearance and clearly establishes them as Lost Isle security personnel. They shall be required to have a communication device that allows them to quickly relay information to the State licensed security detail. They do not meet the requirement of a State licensed security officer and cannot be used to meet the minimum required numbers of State licensed security officers outlined'in this agreement. d. Live Entertainment: Includinq but not limited to D.J.'s., Live Music (Bands), Dancing, or Competitions: occurring on Saturday and/or SundaV; beginning May 1"of each year through September 30 of each year. Lost Isle Partners will ensure a minimum of 6 California State licensed uniformed security personnel and 1 uniformed security person will be hired. The 1 uniformed security person, provided by Lost Isle, shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security. Two of which will be responsible at the location of the entrance'to check for proper identification. 1 State licensed security officer can be released during non-peak time. (1) Peak times- Sunday through Thursday 1 pm-8 pm (2) Peak times-Friday and Saturday 1 pm- 10 pm (3) Peak times-Holidays 1 pm- 11 pm e. Live Entertainment: Including but not limited to D.J.'s., Live Music (Bands), Dancing, or Competitions- occurring on Memorial Day Holiday 4 f July Holiday, and Labor Day Holiday including the actual day of the holiday and weekend. Lost Isle Partners will ensure a�minimum of 6 California State licensed uniformed security personnel and 2 uniformed security person will be hired. The 2 uniformed security people, provided by Lost Isle; shall be hired for the sole purpose of providing security. Two of which will be responsible at the location of the entrance to check for proper identification. f. Lost Isle,Partners will notify the SJC Sheriff's Department a minimum of 10 daysrip or to any Live;Entertainment including but not limited to D.J.'s., Live Music(Bands), Dancing or Competitions such as "bikini contests". g. Lost Isle`Partners shall notify the SJC Sheriffs Department at a minimum of 60 days prior to any euents on Memorial Day, 4 of July, and Labor Day weekends, Lost Isle Partners shall notify the Sheriff's Office at a minimum of 60 days prior to any events where anticipated attendance is greater than 500 people. The SJC Sheriff's Department shall review each event and determine if additional security and or Law Enforcement staffing is required. h. During events with an anticipated attendance of greater 500 people, which are determined by the SJC Sheriffs Department to require Law Enforcement staffing, Lost Isle Partner's shall contract with a Law Enforcement agency of their choice to provide security for the event. Further, any event with anticipated attendance of greater than 500 people will require Lost Isle Partners to contract with American Medical Response (AMR) for a minimum of a two person EMT team to be present for the duration of the event. Lost Isle shall-provide a copy of the Law Enforcement and or AMR contract to the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event. i. Lost Isle Partners will cease outside live entertainment at 0130 hrs. j. The SJC Sheriffs boat dock must be maintained and kept free of debris, trash, barriers, etc., at all times, when Lost Isle is open for business with the exception of temporarily loading and unloading of goods and equipment.
