k. Lost Isle Partners will ensure the area designated as a "helipad"is a 100 ft. X 100 ft. area <br /> for emergency helicopter landing keeping it free from debris, barriers, junk, or emergency <br /> restrictive items. <br /> I. Lost Isle'Partners shall comply with all regulations of the Entertainment Permit. <br /> m. The area between the SJC Sheriff's boat dock and the bar/entertainment area needs to <br /> be flat, level, and clear of any vegetation or debris. Lost Isle Partners will purchase, for <br /> emergency use, 2 gurney's designed for resort and park use, see attached. <br /> n. Lost Isle Partners shall ensure all persons on the premises, including but not limited to <br /> any performers, employees and patrons, comply with Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1085.16 regardinq Attire. <br /> o. Lost Isle Partners will supply the name and contact numbers for security/management <br /> personnel. <br /> p. Lost Isle Partners shall ensure the McDonald Island landside dock. located across from <br /> the SJC Sheriffs dock, has a minimum clearance of 40 feet of any houseboats, barges, <br /> waterborne vessels or other flotation devices. Temporary docking for the purpose of <br /> loading and unloading of persons or goods is permitted. <br /> q. If, at any time, it is determined by the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department that Lost <br /> Isle has not met the required numbers of security officers on the island, at the prescribed <br /> times San Joaquin County Sheriff's Deputies will staff Lost Isle until the minimum <br /> number of security personnel can be established. The San Joaquin County Sheriff's <br /> Department shall bill Lost Isle for the hourly production rate of each deputV assigned. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Michael F. Escotto, 468-3443) <br /> a. Construction of a wastewater management system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental health Department is required for operation of the existing resort (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Failure to complete construction of the wastewater management system may <br /> result in revocation of the Use Permit. <br /> b. The applicant is required to obtain an annual Onsite Wastewater Treatment System <br /> Permit prior to the final of the construction permit. A fee of$450.00 shall be paid at the <br /> time of application submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> c. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> NOTE: Lost Isle partners must comply with all portions of the Development Title, including <br /> Section 9-1085 regarding operation of facilities with entertainment permits, a copy of <br /> which is attached with the Conditions of Approval. <br /> NOTE: New Sheriff's Office Conditions are underlined. <br /> Revised Conditions - 4 - PA-0800211 <br />
