Project must conform with the appropriate edition of the California Fire Code(currently,the <br /> 2001 edition)and all related standards. <br /> 2. Fire Department Facility-Fee's are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> -Ordinance and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule. Commercial- $ .29 per sq. ft. <br /> 3. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building <br /> materials,requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression <br /> shall be provided in accordance with Section 901.3, Section 902.2.1, Section 903.2 and <br /> Section 8704 of the 2001 California Fire Code_ <br /> 4. The Fire Access Road shall meet the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's Association Standard. <br /> 5. Knox Box security key box shall be provided. Applications are available at the fire district <br /> offices. , <br /> 6. The following items are requuired: <br /> a. Rated corridor <br /> b. Smoke Detectors <br /> C. Minimum two exits <br /> d.
