Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by <br /> Environmental Health is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by Environmental Health prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals.exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br /> be required by Environmental Health. (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure the <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116570- <br /> f. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health. (Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6) <br /> g. Submit an application for a hazardous waste permit to Environmental Health. <br /> h. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> i. If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> j. If floor drains are required, they must be plumber through a sand/oil separator and discharged to <br /> an above ground system approved by Environmental Health. A registered engineer must design <br /> this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal.
