EARTH RESOURCES Impact: Project construction could result in increased soil erosion. Findings: i. Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect identified in the Final EIR. Mitigation Measures IS-1. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. During the final project design phase, an erosion and sedimentation control plan shall be prepared. The plan shall contain engineering design and construction measures to avoid or minimize the potential for soil erosion and subsequent sedimentation of streams.
