Timing: Compliance verified by CDD prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 11. Construction Noise: The following measure shall be implemented during construction: <br /> • Construction shall be restricted to the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays. <br /> Extended hours which may include Saturdays and Sundays may be allowed through <br /> prior notice to adjacent residents and landowners, and prior approval of the MHCSD <br /> for infrastructure construction and CDD for building permits. <br /> Timing: Improvement plan notes approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to final map <br /> approval and building permit notes prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 12. Airport Noise: The applicant shall provide a disclosure by deed notice that property within <br /> the Byron Airport overflight zone is located in an area that may be subject to aircraft <br /> flyover noise. The following shall be noted on the Final Map: "The deed of each <br /> condominium unit shall contain a recording notification that Neighborhood E lies within <br /> Byron Airport's potential aircraft noise impact area, defined as Zone D of the Contra Costa <br /> Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan, Compatibility Map (Figure 4B)." <br /> Timing: Note on final map approved by CDD prior to final map approval and deed note <br /> prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> GEOLOGY AND SOILS <br /> 13. Geotechnical Investigation Recommendations: The applicant shall follow the <br /> recommendations of the Geotechnical Investigation, prepared by Lowney Associates, <br /> September 1, 2004 (Project No. 1424-19C)for the Major Subdivision (i.e., Tentative Map) <br /> application (PA-0400737),with respect to the following: 1)the presence of moderately <br /> expansive soils blanketing the site; 2)the potential for liquefaction-induced total and <br /> differential settlement; 3)the presence of shallow ground water; and 4)the presence of <br /> potentially corrosive soils. <br /> Timing: Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to approval of final maps <br /> and building permits. <br /> HAZARDS <br /> 14. Hazardous Waste: Handling, use and storage of hazardous chemicals or materials <br /> including, but not limited to, asbestos shall be carried out in compliance with all applicable <br /> safety standards and coordinated County programs. Applicable standards shall be made <br /> part of the construction specifications for contractors. <br /> Timing: Improvement Plans, condition shall be met before approval of final maps. <br /> 3 <br />
