The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from <br /> discharging onto other properties. Retention basins-shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect <br /> prior to release of Building Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> k. The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan or <br /> common development. The proposed project shall follow the practices in the County "Small Site <br /> Stor_mwater Management Plan". The site shall be designed to contain storm water runoff on site <br /> and to prevent offsite sediment transport. <br /> I . All vehicular parking related to applicant's winery shall be onsite at all times. Parking in the County <br /> right-of-way for all winery related events shall be prohibited.
