REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> J. JEFFREY RIRST <br /> MS-91-58 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> b. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fees currently are <br /> $2 , 739 . 00 for each single family dwelling unit and $1, 795 . 00 <br /> for each multi-family dwelling unit in the Lodi area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> d. A "Will Serve" letter from the Woodbridge Sanitary District <br /> shall be required. <br /> e. Annexation to the Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District shall <br /> be required and all applicable connection or buy-in fees shall <br /> be paid prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> f. The project shall be served by a public water system. The <br /> system shall be connected to the water system of Mokelumne <br /> Acres Maintenance District and shall conform to the Woodbridge <br /> Master Water System. Connection to the storm drainage system <br /> of Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District is not required at <br /> this time, but a Drainage Trust Fund Fee will not be required <br /> at this time, but a Drainage Trust Fund Fee will be required <br /> for future placement of the storm drain facility. The fee <br /> currently is $4 , 813 . 00 per acre. <br />
