REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-91-58 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> g. The frontage improvements for Augusta Street shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 60-foot right-of-way urban street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to the their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A <br /> $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per Planning <br /> Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, <br /> legal description of Parcels #1 and #2 , and an estimate for <br /> the required frontage improvements. The estimate and legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer <br /> with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted tot the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 1) A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> the system meets State Standards prior to recording of <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The portion of the subdivision that was to be dedicated to the <br /> County shall be shown as part of Parcel #2 on the Parcel Map. <br />
