Table IV.B-5,below, provides the number of trips generated, and sources, for
each of the previously approved projects.
Table IV.B-5
TRIP GENERATION FOR APPROVED PROJECTS
Project Trips
Approved Project Daily Trips AM Peak Hour PM Peak Hour
In OutIn Out
California Health Care Facility' 3,566 452 40 40 393
Northern California Re-Entry Facility 1,920 85 80 35 44
Arch Road Industrial Project' 764 50 26 12 30
s Notes:
'Source:California Health Care Facility Stockton EIR(DKS Associates 2008)Page 4.3-18,Table 4.3-13
Source:Northern California Women's Facility Conversion to Northern California Re-Entry Facility, Initial
n StudylMitigated Negative Declaration (DKS Associates 2008)Page 14,Table 7
'Source:Transportation Impact Analysis Arch Road Industrial Development(Fehr&Peers 2008)Page 19,
Table 10
Traffic Volumes
AM and PM peak hour traffic volumes at the study intersections under EPAP conditions are
shown in Figure IV.B-3.
E;
Intersection Operations
Intersection operations during the AM and PM peak hours under EPAP conditions were
analyzed for this traffic study.
