Landfill 2014 Expansion Project <br /> • If leachate quality is not acceptable for disposal at the Regional Wastewater <br /> Control Facility, the project sponsor will either have the leachate collected <br /> and disposed off-site by a licensed Treatment and Disposal Facility, or will <br /> develop on-site leachate processing that will result in treated leachate that is <br /> acceptable for disposal at the wastewater treatment plant or acceptable to <br /> regulatory agencies for on-site use. The design and operation of any on-site <br /> leachate processing that is implemented will comply with all applicable laws <br /> and regulations. <br /> 1.5. Potential adverse No Impact. If prehistoric archaeological resources are discovered during excavation and <br /> construction of the proposed project, the project sponsor along with a qualified <br /> archaeologist and Native American monitor shall suspend all work in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the find pending site investigation by a qualified archaeologist and a <br /> Native American monitor to assess the materials and determine their significance.
