Landfill 2018 Expansion Project <br /> ca aci <br /> The VERA shall use the estimated emissions above the significance <br /> thresholds in this SEIR as the emissions to be reduced,unless operator <br /> provides and San Ioaquin County approves a revised air quality impact <br /> assessment(in consultation with SIVAPCD) for the Project's future actual <br /> emissions(annually)instead of the estimated emissions in this SEIR. <br /> (c) Pave roads as necessary to reduce PM emissions above current actual <br /> baseline levels from the operation of the new 8.1 MCY waste disposal area <br /> (from increased truck trips). <br /> D.3: Odor and Fugitive Mitigation Measure IV.D.3:To reduce the potential for any off-site odor impacts, Less than <br /> Dust Impact. the Odor Control Management Plan for Forward Landfill shall be modified to Significant <br /> include daily management odor inspections when cannery wastes are being <br /> processed. <br /> D.4. Project operations Mitigation Measure IV.D.4: Both the Flare and LFG engine options would require Less than <br /> would generate emissions feasible mitigation measures to further reduce GHG emissions.
