4. PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC: <br /> a. A 10-foot-wide public utility easement shall be dedicated along the perimeter of ail streets <br /> of the subdivision. <br /> b. Any existing pole line facilities affected by the subdivision shall be relocated or placed <br /> t <br /> underground at the owner's expense. <br /> 5. MONTEZUMA FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The water system shall meet N.F.P.A subdivision standards. <br /> b. The applicant shall provide one fire hydrant, the size and specific location to be <br /> determined, at the intersection of IS' Street and the proposed Joyce Lane. <br /> C. Fire hydrants shall have two 21/Zanch and one 41/2-inch connections. <br /> i <br /> d. The applicant shall mark all fire hydrants with blue reflectors on the street. <br /> f <br /> e. The applicant shall cap the main water line with a 'r connection at the west end of the <br /> street for future development. <br /> E <br /> I f. The applicant shall provide the Fire District with up to date construction plans. <br /> g. The applicant shall install approved residential sprinkler systems in each dwelling in this <br /> subdivision. <br /> 6. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION: <br /> a. The use of reflective materials that impair aircraft pilot vision is prohibited. <br /> 7. PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> a.
