1 <br /> W' <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT. Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING <br /> PERMIT" . The Site Plan required as a part of the building <br /> permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer. <br /> This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details <br /> including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs <br /> driveway gates, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for details) . <br /> A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a 3 , 000 square foot fast <br /> food restaurant (convenience eating establishment) , a 1, 400 <br /> square foot mini mart (primary retail sales) , and fuel 1 <br /> islands (gasoline sales, combination) with the capacity to <br /> service 12 vehicles, as shown on the Plan submitted March <br /> 15 , 1995. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The <br /> Business License can be obtained concurrent with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> d. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> i <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015 . 5) <br /> (2) A minimum of 28 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including 2 spaces for the Physically disabled. (5 <br /> spaces are required for every 1, 000 feet of <br /> restaurant building area. 4 spaces are required <br /> for every 1, 000 square feet of gasoline <br /> combination building area. . 67 spaces are <br /> required for every employee. ) (Development Title ! <br /> Section 9-1015 . 3) <br /> E <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is <br /> required for every 20 parking spaces. 3 <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 7) <br /> E <br /> I! <br /> P <br /> } <br />
