On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 6) 4 f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be g 9 provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-- 1015. 5 [g] ) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No Spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists . LANDSCAPING: Landscaping P � g shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Thornton Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site, and along the access easement, prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020. 6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street or access easement frontage. 1 tree is required for every 10 parking stall and shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020. 6) (4) Any variation from the Saddle City Master Landscape Plan (May 7, 1992) shall be reviewed by the Development Services Division. I� f
