The <br /> tentative map shall expire two years from the date of application <br /> approval. <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. All easements shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> b. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> C.
