Permits were researched and illustrate this fact. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No septic permits have been issued, no history 3� <br /> of septic repair is available. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the ! <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage pits. 3 �� <br /> (See permits in appendix). There have not been any failures noted in the permits researched. ; <br /> F <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area <br /> range in installation dates from 1976 to 2003. Copies of permits are in appendix. <br /> 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair history of the septic tanks in this <br /> area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring performance.
