f 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. E _ s 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 5704 N. Beecher Rd., I Linden, California. The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by agricultural land. It is zoned Ak&40. The project parcel number is 089-170-28. There are no homes or other (` ' structures on the existing parcel. P� � pp dix). 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: :w 2.1 The present owner, Brenden Flaherty has owned the property for approximately 6 years. Prior to this, it was owned by Viet Cao and Nguyet Truong. The past and present use of the property has (Z,0 been a therr" orchard. Future use of the financing parcel being created will be for homesite purposes. ' 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: 3.1 Description.of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create a financing parcel from one existing parcel. Once the financing parcel is developed a septic ( stem will 9,} p p y be required,and built based per the San Joaquin County requirements. There have been no septic i systems orthese parcels. Permits were researched and illustrate this fact. 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this parcel. 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No septic permits have been issued, no history 3� of septic repair is available. 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the ! general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage pits. 3 �� (See permits in appendix). There have not been any failures noted in the permits researched. ; F 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range in installation dates from 1976 to 2003. Copies of permits are in appendix. 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair history of the septic tanks in this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring performance.
