d. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building permit <br /> e. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development <br /> meets the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan <br /> is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> f. Access rights along Benjamin Holt Drive have been dedicated to the City of Stockton. Therefore, <br /> the Benjamin Holt Drive access shall not be expanded as shown on the site plan. (City of, <br /> Stockton) <br /> g. One access shall be allowed on Grigsby Place. The said access shall be the existing southern <br /> access. The existing northern access on Grigsby Place shall be abandoned and replaced with a <br /> vertical curb and gutter per County Standards CW-C7. (City of Stockton) <br /> h. The proposed monument sign shall be placed a minimum of ten (10)feet from both Grigsby Place <br /> and Benjamin Holt Drive rights-of-way. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> b. if hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> c. Submit four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 4. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY.SERVICES <br /> a. If the business will handle or store hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane, oils, <br /> compressed gas, etc.,at threshold reporting quantities(55 gallons liquid, 500 pounds solid, or <br /> 200 cubic feet gas), the business will be required to complete and submit a Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Plan (HMMP)to this office.
